Arrival Info
- ROOM KEYS
- When you arrive, check in to the Hyatt House front desk to get your room key.
- ARRIVAL DATES
- January 10/11 (IBS & NSO)
New Staff Orientation participants (who have not been commissioned yet) taking IBS classes (along with their Senior Staff spouse/fiancé) arrive
**Please Note** This is not for Returning New Staff who have already been commissioned.
- You are encouraged to arrive on January 10 to allow enough time to prepare and get settled for this four-week conference. If you choose to arrive on January 11, please ensure that you arrive at the Hyatt House by 5 p.m.
- January 28 (NSO ONLY)
Campus Ministry New Staff Orientation Participants arrive
- If flights won’t work for you to arrive at the Hyatt House on January 28, you are welcome to arrive a day early. Be sure to note the date in your registration.
- January 29 (NSO ONLY)
All Other New Staff Orientation Participants arrive
- If flights won’t work for you to arrive at the Hyatt House on January 29, you are welcome to arrive a day early. Be sure to note the date in your registration.

Transportation
(Note: You’ll find life at NSO a bit easier if you have your own vehicle.)
ARRIVING BY PLANE:
Please make sure your flight arrives so that you will have plenty of time to get to the Hyatt House for registration. Plan to fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO)
AIRPORT SHUTTLE:
24-hour complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO), including the Brightline Orlando Station. AFTER you land and collect your luggage, contact the Hyatt House (407-858-0801) to schedule transportation.
