APPLICATION DEADLINES
In order to be cleared to attend the following New Staff Orientation events, staff applications must be completed and submitted, with all the references completed, by the following dates:
Winter NSO (and IBS): October 15
Spring NSO: February 1
Summer NSO (and IBS): April 1 (March 1 for International Assignments)
Fall NSO: May 15 (May 1 for International Assignments)

BASIC SCHEDULE
Anyone who desires to become a full-time staff member with Cru is expected and required to attend New Staff Orientation in its entirety and to fully participate in the entire program/curriculum.
Theological training to help you grow more in love with God and better equip you to engage with people in ministry and life.
You will be equipped and learn of the opportunity of inviting people to join with you in ministry through resources God has provided.
You will complete a six-week dynamic biblical stewardship course and also attend a retreat for community & encouragement in your MPD journey.
Transitions are for people who served as International Interns. It’s designed to help you transition back to life in the US.
