We are so excited you are joining as new staff to the family of Cru! You are the answer to many people’s prayers. We could not be more thrilled that God has called you to Cru and are eager to work alongside you in accomplishing His great mission.

Our desire is that your heart will be transformed as you reflect more deeply on Christ and the power of the gospel in community; your mind will be stretched as you receive solid theological training that will prepare you for the rigors of ministry; your confidence in God’s provision will grow as you learn how to effectively develop ministry partners who will support you financially and in prayer.

Through it all you’ll become part of Cru’s missionary family, a community of people joined by our love for Christ and desire to make Him known throughout the world.
