Your staff account will be charged $500 per person for the Spring MPDRR.  It will be charged after the MPDRR. 

The costs of the MPDRR include housing, food, supplies and materials. 

Use your staff card to pay for your transportation and meals while you travel to and from the MPDRR.

If you would like a single room by yourself, there will be an additional charge of $298 to your staff account.

Bring cash for tips. We recommend $2 a day per person for the housekeeping staff. The total will be $8 per person in a room.  

Children’s expenses are not reimbursable.  You can take additional salary after the Retreat to cover children’s costs.  Be prepared to write a check for your children’s meals if they are over 6 years old.  If you need an additional room for your children or sitter then you will need to write a check for that housing expense.  The cost for an additional room is $149 a night (total: $596)
