Pack up and leave by 11 am or earlier
- Arrive at Michindoh Conference Center (near Hillsdale, MI) on October 20, 2025
- You are being asked to arrive at Michindoh by 4pm (ET) for check in
- Arrive at The Hideaway Inn & Conference Center (near Colorado Springs, CO) on November 3, 2025
- You are being asked to arrive at The Hideaway by 2:30 pm (ET) for check in
Transportation
Please make sure your flight arrives so that you have plenty of time to get to Michindoh by 4pm (ET) on Monday October 20.
The closest airport is the Detroit Metro Airport (DTW), all major airlines fly here. Michindoh is about 1 1/2 hours away from DTW.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The MPDRR team created a document so that you can share your travel info and coordinate rides from the airport to Michindoh. You will need to rent a car and we encourage you to go in with your fellow New Staff to share the cost. Michindoh is really too far to use Uber or Lyft. If you are struggling with finding a ride please reach out to us at mpdrr@cru.org.

The closest airport is the Colorado Springs Airport (COS), most major airlines fly here. COS is about 45 mins from The Hideaway. Denver International Airport (DEN) is about 1 hour and 15 mins away from The Hideaway.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The MPDRR team created a document so that you can share your travel info and coordinate rides from the airport to The Hideaway. Renting a car and sharing it with other New Staff might be the best option. You might be able to get an Uber/Lyft to the Hideaway but it is far from both airports. If you are struggling with finding a ride please reach out to us at mpdrr@cru.org.
