NEW STAFF DETAILS

There are multiple parts of the onboarding process for those who are joining the staff of Cru (see the timeline below). Each staff is required to attend & complete each event in its entirety before reporting to his or her ministry assignment.

A 9-10 day orientation to onboard you to Cru and get you started on Ministry Partner Development.

Theological training to help you grow more in love with God and better equip you to engage with people in ministry and life.

You will be equipped and learn of the opportunity of inviting people to join with you in ministry through resources God has provided.

You will complete a six-week dynamic biblical stewardship course and also attend a retreat for community & encouragement in your MPD journey.

Transitions are for people who served as International Interns. It’s designed to help you transition back to life in the US.
