Your staff account will be charged $500 per person for the Fall MPDRR.  It will be charged after the MPDRR.

The costs of the MPDRR include housing, food, supplies and materials. 

Use your staff card to pay for your transportation and meals while you travel to and from the MPDRR. 

Breakdown of cost for sitters and children:
Sitters are $311.25 for sitters- lodging and meals
Nursing infants – free
Children 5 – 12 – lodging is $108

• If they don’t eat in the Dining Hall- no charge for meals
• If they do eat in the Dining Hall- $96.25 for meals

Children 6 and over- lodging- $215 and meals are $96.25 = $311.25

Please note that travel expenses, lodging and meals for children and sitters are not reimbursable. IRS guidelines do not allow childcare expenses to be reimbursed. Please bring a check made out to “Cru”.  However, you may take additional salary to cover the expense.
