Transitions Conference
- Arrive at the Hyatt House on Tuesday, September 2

- Make sure to allow enough time to get settled and buy necessary groceries.

- When you arrive, check in to Hyatt House front desk to get a room key.
- Transitions Onsite Registration:

- Date: Tuesday, September 2
- Time: 5-6 p.m.
- Location: Conference Office / Boardroom
(1st floor, across from Gateway ballroom)

Campus Ministry Participants
- Arrive at the Hyatt House on Wednesday, September 3 (unless already onsite for Transitions Conference)

- Make sure to allow enough time to get settled and buy necessary groceries.

- When you arrive, check in to Hyatt House front desk to get a room key.
- Campus Onsite Registration:

- Date: Thursday, September 5
- Time: 1-2 p.m.
- Location: Conference Office / Boardroom
(1st floor, across from Gateway ballroom)

All Other NSO Participants
- Arrive at the Hyatt House on Thursday, September 4

- Make sure to allow enough time to get settled and buy necessary groceries.

- When you arrive, check in to Hyatt House front desk to get a room key.
- All Other Onsite Registration:

- Time: 8-9 a.m.
- Location: Conference Office / Boardroom

Transportation
(Note: You’ll find life at NSO a bit easier if you have your own vehicle.)
ARRIVING BY PLANE:
Please make sure your flight arrives so that you will have plenty of time to get to the Hyatt House for registration. Plan to fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO)
AIRPORT SHUTTLE:
24-hour complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO), including the Brightline Orlando Station. Please contact the Hyatt House to schedule transportation after you land and collect your luggage.
