Arrival Info (Winter)

NSO Participants (who have not been commissioned yet) taking IBS classes:
(January 12/13 – February 9)

  • When you arrive, check in at El Caribe front desk to get room key
    • AV Team:
      • Arrive Saturday, January 11
    • Worship Team:
      • Arrive on Saturday, January 11
    • Senior Staff and spouse:
      • Arrive on Sunday, January 12
      • Dinner with conference team
    • New Staff (who have not been commissioned yet) and taking IBS courses:
      • Arrive on Sunday, January 12 or Monday, January 13
  • ONSITE REGISTRATION:
    • January 13 from 5-6 p.m.
    • Room 1301 on the third floor
  • First NSO session:
    • January 13 at 7 p.m.
    • Caribbean Room, south end of first floor
    • Children welcome to attend
    • Reception following
  • If you arrive after 6 p.m. on January 13:
    • Get key from front desk
    • Register for NSO on Tuesday, January 14 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 1301.

Returning New Staff (who have already been commissioned) taking IBS courses:
(January 14 – 29)

  • When you arrive, check in at El Caribe front desk to get room key
  • ONSITE REGISTRATION:
    • January 14 from 3-6 p.m.
    • Room 1301 on the third floor

MPD Faith and Finances Only participants:
(January 29 – February 2)

  • When you arrive, check in at El Caribe front desk to get a room key.
  • ONSITE REGISTRATION:
    • Onsite Registration info will be emailed to those attending only the MPD Faith and Finances Conference.
  • The Faith and Finances content will end at 6 p.m. on February 1.

NEW STAFF ORIENTATION Campus Ministry and AIA Participants:
(January 29 – February 9)

  • Arrive at the El Caribe on Wednesday, January 29
    • If flights won’t work for you to arrive in Daytona by Wednesday, January 29, you are welcome to arrive a day early.
    • Make sure to allow enough time to get settled and buy necessary groceries
  • When you arrive, check in at El Caribe front desk to get a room key.
  •  ONSITE REGISTRATION:
    • Thursday, January 30 from 1-2 p.m. in the Conference Office / St. Bart’s Room (located on the first floor of the North tower next to the elevator).

NEW STAFF ORIENTATION Participants:
(January 30 – February 9)

  • Arrive at the El Caribe on Thursday, January30
    • If flights won’t work for you to arrive in Daytona by Thursday, January 30, you are welcome to arrive a day early.
    • Make sure to allow enough time to get settled and buy necessary groceries
  • When you arrive, check in at El Caribe front desk to get a room key.
  • ONSITE REGISTRATION:
    • Friday, January 31 from 8-9 a.m. in the Conference Office / St. Bart’s Room (located on the first floor of the North tower next to the elevator).

MPD Training Only Participants:
(February 4 – 9)

  • When you arrive, check in at El Caribe front desk to get a room key.
  • ONSITE REGISTRATION:
    • Tuesday, February 4 from 7:30-8:30 a.m. in the lobby of the El Caribe Ballroom (Caribbean Room).
